How Your Health Can Affect Your Wealthy Affiliate Goals
Here I am back at my keyboard and writing a quick blog for WA as I am seriously behind with my online work.
For the, last 2 weeks I have been struggling with what I thought was a random stomach flu, but it has just got worse and worse and the level of pain has been up there with dental and back pain. Several times I have thought I was over it, and each time it has knocked me back down again. Laying in bed with a hot water bottle on my stomach.
As most who live here in the UK will surely know, trying to get a DRs appointment is no easy task. So, I started going through all the info I had gathered and thought it might be my weight loss meds. Then I was talking to my friend and then my daughter and both told me to try Buscopan. I took 2 of them last night and so far only one today and I haven’t felt this good for about 2 weeks. It seems this ole body has decided to develop Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Has to be my minuscule diet amounts that have triggered something!
So, I am finally back to being constructive, I do have a couple of things to catch up with, a few comments to reply to, and to check out and implement the advice Kyle has sent me about brand and niche, which I thank him for greatly.
I have tried 4 times in the last week alone to write something, and have been struck down with the pain each time, I started a Newsletter, never got finished, and now it's out of date what I had started, I did get a little further with my materials directory, but it needed a little more brainstorming with Mr Chat, which I just did not have the concentration or energy for.
The only thing that I have managed to do a little that might benefit me down the road, is watch plenty of YouTube videos while combatting the pain. And today I have achieved more in 6 hours than in 6 days. So, I know I am better.
Anyone waiting on a reply from me, please forgive me and I will try and catch them all up tomorrow. Still have, a bunch of holiday stuff to catch up with too.
Thanks, Rob

I feel for you, Rob. Building a business while sick or in pain is extremely challenging, and it can be challenging to focus on the tasks at hand.
I had three trips to the hospital emergency department in 2024. The first one was for food lodged in my throat. The following two were for falling at home. I fractured a vertebra in my lower back during the second fall.
Swallowing issues and falling are familiar to those of us who have Parkinson's, a progressive neurodegenerative disease. Gastrointestinal symptoms are common as well. I have learned to listen to my "gut."
My next WA blog post is about the challenges of building an online business while living with Parkinson's.
Hope you feel better soon!
