Confusing And Frustrating
As a younger woman to a middle age woman now, I have always travelled alone, Europe, Asia, USA, Africa I have been to over 30 countries alone and lived for a short time between 7 months and 2 years in 2 of those countries.Now my health cant allow me much, but there is nothing stopping me sharing my experiences.
Recently I was thinking "there is really no proper info for foreign women travelling alone in Africa. A place where (in my opinion) things are not well organized for a foreigner to understand. While looking for keywords to start a new niche, I was so surprised to find nothing makes sense,most of my searches show below 100 searches a month.
Now I know for example there are direct flights leaving Zurich,Heathrow, and Paris to these destinations but nomatter how well I searched, nothing came up to the destination I`m really interested in.
I thought , ok maybe I`m doing it wrong, tried Google Trends after a member suggested, nothing much, still very low searches.Then I asked a top member here, he searched Ahrefs and came back with the same low results.
Now I`m convinced I have "found my passion" but not the niche.I can not compete with huge sites like..... what are the names that promote flights and hotels? Checking the top pages in Google, I`m still convinced there is absolutely no competition but only if I find the niche first.Top ranking pages for this destination I`m interested in are those boring corporate sites that promote hotels and flights but lack quite alot.
Have you experienced this before? to me it`s like typing shopping in Walmart in Jaaxy and seeing that only 100 people or less search the keyword per month.
There goes my dream of starting a niche and sharing a specific destination travel tips.

What about all the things you did in each place? If no one is searching for those particular places, you could always talk about the life of a roaming woman.
All the accessories you used. All the haggling methods and communication methods you used.

Yes there is some serious haggling in some countries lol.Still feeling my way around, will find something I`m sure
just don't give up! sometimes people have to work a little, or even a lot more than others to find out how to put your calling to work. keep taking steps forward and you will figure it out.
Appreciate, will keep on working at it as I know I faced alot of frustrations and lack of proper info.

Hagglingisintense but expected in an African, market!
I do find it to drive me mad. Having said that, everything at its place but left me wondering, why ask for more than it`s worth only to reduce the price.
