Do You Value The Ideas Of Others?
I think we all have an option whether to respect others ideas despite the fact that you agree with him/her or not. Whether you believe it or not, just know that ideas of others have value to others in one way or another.
Have you ever wonder giving someone an idea! she/he takes it or no? if No why?
I find sometimes people don't take others ideas or value their ideas for their own reasons. Some reasons may be known to you, some you might not know. This is what I experience or came out during some of our discussion with colleague about those who have difficulties to take others ideas.....
a) If they lack confidence or worry about their status, power struggle they will always reject others ideas.
b) Pride, they think they know better or have what it takes. Others share and thoughts are nothing to them. So to listen to colleagues advice will not be an option to them, they won't embrace the interactive process and they won't be able to be around others, always ignore people around them, they think they are the best.
Once you are a people buddy, always interacting with others, socializing, respecting and shearing any ideas no matter what, they will love to spend that quality time with you, they will appreciate your valuable time and most the help that you offer them, they will try to do their best to be successful.
Have a wonderful evening, and try your best to be safe out there.

You share an important point. When we value the ideas of others, it is likely that they will value ours.
This promotes a healthy conversation.
I believe in respecting the ideas or opinions of others. If ever we politely should agree to disagree sometimes.

It is a reciprocal thing, Rita!
