the Road we chose.
THE ROAD WE CHOSE MAY NOT BE EASY
Have you ever thought about the road we choose to travel with Wealthy Affiliates? It all sounded so good, so encouraging and to some easy, (well maybe not easy). Often it start well, but sometimes there are bumps in the road.
SOMETIMES THINGS GO WELL SOMETIMES THEY DON'T
At Christmas. we had spend the day with our families and it had been a great day. As we traveled home that night things took an unexpected turn for the worse.
SOMETIMES THE UNEXPECTED HAPPENS
We were traveling down the two lane highway when suddenly my headlights went out. Yes, it's a cause for a little touch of panic, but I maintained my calm, (for the most part). The reaction of the other drivers on the road was to be expected I guess. They were driving towards me flashing their headlights, basically telling me, "Turn on your headlights dummy!" If I could have I would have... believe me. I turned switches, but nothing happened. I did have the presence of mind to flip on my emergency flashers until I could get off the road.
We finally got off the road and called for a tow truck which took the car to the repair shop and called friends to come and give us a ride home. We made it home about 10:30 p.m. safe and sound. Without the friends it would have been difficult to get to our home. Not impossible, but much more difficult.
HERE’S THE POINT
If you want to be reminded of the importance of light, of the support of friends and family, try being in a position like that without any. Christmas traditionally is a holiday of lights, lots and It’s a time when we enjoy the support of family and friends. Maybe there is a reason why…
The Wealthy Affiliate community is more like family to many of us. We get to know one another and we rely on one another to help us when we run into to problems we can’t handle by ourselves. We encourage one another and support one another.

Thank you for sharing this. I would definitely be a mess without the support of friends and family.

Nice one Riawson47, it's a wonder you knew where the hazard lights were with no dash board lights. I don't know where mine are in panic mode.
Sooo glad this turned out O.K.
Yes here at WA we all get together to help one another, however we must ask heh?
Cheers Jae
Yes... we have to ask... I tend to spend hours searching for answers rather than ask, then when I am completely at a loss I will ask... probably would save lots of time and frustration if i would be more open to asking for help.
Nah, it's good to try what ever you can, then ask.
To ask a question is somewhat difficult, to find the right words.
When we try to discover things ourselves it is easier to ask the question in the right way. So good on you for being YOU.
Cheers Jae
