If you are incorporating your business you will be required to report it to the IRS. Please talk with an accountant and a lawyer. They are the best people to work with.
I could be wrong, but I think WA doesn't require tax information. But, it would be best to talk to Kyle or Carson about it.

My annual payment for my premium membership is due in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to make the yearly payment this year right now. How do I switch to month
You need to stop and cancel the membership first then you will have to re-subscribe it will show you all this as you go along. I have done that before as well.

Yes, you definitely can. Just go into the editor and use speech recognition. I use dictation all the time to create content within SiteContent. :)
