Be Gentle With Facebook

Yesterday was a day of learning about Facebook's advertising policies. I have a page set up for my holistictreatments.life website. They did not like the tone of my first blog post that I shared from my web site for a whole list of reasons.

I learnt that you have to be gentle and extremely politically correct in wording and images. So my second attempt adopted a different approach. This was accepted ok and I 'boosted' it ok.

Given the tone and subject matter of my website it will be a challenge to construct acceptable ads for Facebook.

Have you had similar experiences in using Facebook ads?

Thanks for the reminder. FB is getting more strict by the day.

Face book can be challenging, like most things we have to adapt to make things work for us.

Thanks for this timely information. And for Timard's info on Facebook Ad Geek. Very helpful.

I like this post so much I am willing to give you a hint here, why not give "Facebook Ad Geek" a check and see if it will do something for you.

Not yet, have not been involved long enough probably

Yes, I've learned that FB is a volatile platform. :-(

Yes. Your images can only contain 20% script. All sorts of other things.

It's good to know this, thanks for sharing

I have not been able to do ads on Facebook, but I can share my posts from my site.
Ads seem to be very difficult to get approved! I have some information to study about ads on Facebook, but been so busy have not had time to review it as of yet.
Thanks for sharing.
