I am back on Pinterest!!
Thanks for all the advise - much appreciated

in the email that Pinterest sent to you should be the answer to your question but I don't think it is a big problem as you are new to Pinterest and maybe it is just as Selenityjade mentioned on the comment below mine!
good luck
and have a good day

Thank you. I just feel so discouraged now but I will snap out of it

we all do

Following too many people at once, posting the same pin too many times at once, or posting something against their rules depending upon your niche, or posting deceptive content (meaning you are promoting stuff like anti vax stuff after it's been proven to be lies, or stuff). Social media and search engines are particular about certain niches too, MLMs are usually against the rules, making money online if you aren't careful can be 'spammy', promoting 'unsafe' supplements like Kratom, CBD oil or weight loss drugs, etc.

If you believe they made an error, contact them to review your account. Sometimes their bots make mistakes.

Thank you for the information.
I think I followed too many people at once. My niche is educational toys, so I don't think that's it. I did contact them to review my account already.

Thanks again

The only reason following too many accounts is bad is because it's bot behavior for people who employ bots to artificially grow their social media accounts. If that's the cause, you should be able to get your account unsuspended quite easily as the only reason is to prevent bots and scammers from following a ton of people, it's not really meant to discourage you from following related niche accounts about kids toys. They usually fix it and let you know what you did wrong so you can avoid it in the future. Social media platforms don't like people to follow people JUST to increase followers, though. It's considered spam or deceptive practices, that's why there is a limit. Doesn't stop it but does limit it. Same thing with IG, FB, and Twitter. It also is pointless because if your followers don't engage your content, they won't SEE your content in their feeds.

Not saying that's what you were doing, you had a new account and probably just followed too many toys accounts too fast and triggered the bots to suspend you. It happened to me on Twitter when I was following my normal authors I follow when I opened a new account.

Just wanted to warn you that all social media platforms have followers and unfollowers limits.

Thank you so much. I will try and sort it out

Well, what did the email sent say?

I really don't have a clue what I did wrong
