What is the max photo size that can be uploaded for your WA blog?

I think Marion has answered your question Richie.

Richie, for me size does not matter I reduce the size of my pictures with this.

https://imagecompressor.com/

you have check my site before, notice how fast my site comes on.
I reduce the size of the pixels and when someone goes to my site
it comes on in less than a few seconds.

I know it's because I compressed my pictures.

1) press that blue "upload files"

2) Go to where your picture(s) you want are. It will go to optimazilla. You'll see your picture on the left now with that lever on the right lower it down to the bottom. You will notice the numbers go up. You do sacrifice clarity but not to worry buddy
when you see it on your site or where ever, you won't notice it.

What happens is because you compressed the pic, it helped your site speed. Remember Richie, your viewers don't wanna wait, got it. If your site takes more than a minute to load, they'll say,

"Good bye, I have no patience, I will leave."

Goodluck and take care Richie!

Thanks. Having an easy app to get what you need is gold! Really appreciate it!

The maximum display width is 540 pixels. The ideal size, therefore, is 540 pixels wide. The height can be any size you choose, except for the featured image which always gets cropped to suit.

Thanks. One of the problems I was having was that I was using a jpeg instead of a png image, which added too much size to the image. Thanks for your help.

Thanks, Marion for responding to Richie's question, as it also answered my question on the same topic. Very helpful thanks
