After the site being down for over 3 days we finally got it back up and running. What a challenge that was. Hopefully nothing like that ever happens again. I learned how important back ups where and why you should do them! So do not forget! haha, they come in hand. But the websites back up and running finally, check it out!!

I actually resolved it myself through ftp, website support couldn't figure it out apparently. Took them 3 days and it took me 2 hours of googling and researching lol.
