I just wanted to shout out the Site Support here at Wealthy Affiliate.
I have had 3 occasions in the last month or so where I have needed assistance.
Firstly, on two occasions my site was throwing up the dreaded "dangerous site" warning in bright red when I was trying to log into the back office. Site Support sorted me out within about 15 minutes on both of these.

Secondly, I had an issue with uploading an image to the Media Library within WordPress. This required a couple of back and forths but was resolved within the hour.
I don't know where I would have been without their help so I wanted to give them a shout out and say, that if you have a problem and you can't solve it yourself in a sensible period, don't be afraid to ask.
We have 3 options for help, the live chat, asking a question of the community, who are brilliant by the way, and Site Support.
