Boy are We a Busy Bunch!!!
The total number of emails generated since I began this account less than a month ago.has now reached over 500! This simply astounds me so much that I just had to share it.
What this proves is that we here at WA are not sitting around being unproductive. This proves that the training teaches us to be hands on and take action. This proves that we care about each other. And this proves that we have a fantastic network.
It also proves that my mailbox is going to be maxed out in record time but I don't have the heart to even delete those I sent to the Trash folder because, to me, nothing at this new email address is Trash. I wish I could rename that folder something like On Hold Forever. The only reason they end up there is because I clicked on all the links and took action by reading the posts or articles and am done with them.
My inbox however has enough SA articles and WA blog post notices in it to keep me reading for the next few months if that's all I did. And they keep coming in daily by the droves. I know I'm missing out on some great stuff by picking through and choosing only those I have a personal interest in and maybe one now and then just because I want to see what an author has to say...but honestly, I just can't read them all. I really wish I could. I hope I'm not hurting anyone's feelings by passing their blog post or article over. Know that I care, I just plain don't have the kind of time it would take to read everything.
It all absolutely amazes me...how about you?

Every email is a chance to learn something new on WA or SA. I try to go through all my emails in the first 2 hours of the morning and then work on something else. It bothers me like crazy if I don't get to them all but sometimes there's just so much you can do.
I check them first thing too while I'm drinking my first cup of coffee and just waking up. It's a great way to start the day!

I have over 3,000 Street Articles messages in one of my emails. It's safe to say I now use another email address. My advice is to use an email only for a website you're working for. Don't give it out and don't make it obvious. If somebody wants to REALLY contact you, make it to where they have to click through a couple pages 1st.
I am experiencing the same thing. Inbox overload. Read as many as I can, and leave the others for a time I can get to them. They do add up, and don't want to miss out reading any of them. If you belong to Pinterest, and were invited to a group posting board, your inbox will be loaded all day long with notices of new pins. Deleting them is a
huge job. Guess it's just the nature of this business..
I am on Pinterest but don't belong to a group...I already get emails from Pins and people re-pinning almost immediately after I put up a new one. You make me have trepidations about joining a group there as wel...lol
If you do join a group, your inbox will be full of Pinterest. I turned down the last two groups because I can't handle it. Might have some marketing value. You get very noticed.

AnnMarie, I love your blog because it is so incredibly true. I recently split my website into two and had to repub many articles to correct links. After neglecting the kind comments on SA, I spent 3 hours this evening reading and commenting on all the kind words on these articles. Amazing!
