Our daily life starts with fire in a good way, There are some people use it for fun and that's really sad which is bad reason. Those who lights fire for fun is not even thinking about people or the animal could die. Philologist assume and explained that some them really suffering mental health issue, don't know what are up to. Number of them are not happy with their life style so they are bored, angry and miserable.
Natural disaster can be acceptable and it happened with number of countries and also government has budget for this kind of situation. Australia is facing extremely difficult time and many people and animals are suffering badly. A record-breaking bush fire constantly day and night, not a single rain from three months. Last two to three days drilling of rain show up finally, Thank god.

You are correct. People who light fires are miserable with their lives
They are called arsonists. They need to have their "arses" lit in prison.
Now, natural bush fires causes big problems for the community.
In my opinion, natural and unnatural interferences cause these fires.

The greens who will not let the underbrush be burnt off like the aboriginals did 100 years ago.
They are not helping fight the fires.
The worst drought since the 1900 to 1902 drought and the wet season is not here yet.
