Hi, I'm trying to setup a second website. I purchased the domain name a while ago and today have tried to setup a new WordPress site following Jay's training course. It seems

This issue has now been resolved. You should be able to build your website.

So are you going through the Site Builder? When you select that you’re going to build on a domain you own you’d select the domain from the drop down and then go through the process selecting your theme, etc…

there has been an ongoing problem with the sitebuilder Eric....
hopefully it will be sorted sonn....

is it hosted here at wa and listed under websites>>sitedomains...
and not under sitemanager...

Yes, to both. Hosted by WA and listed under Site Domains. Although if I look at Site Manager, very briefly the new WordPress account details appear, then flash off leaving the details blank. If that makes sense.

if you are on a windows machine when looking at sitemanager try pressing ctrl+f5 to update hte cache in your browser and also press refresh in hte panel for your site....
other than that it will be sitesupport...

Just tried that and no change.

in that case the third option of sitesupport...
or you could try clearing the cache on the site under details of the site and scroll down...

looks like there maybe issues with new site creation at the moment - others are having issues - see live chat....

i have jsut built a siterubx site without issue
and have opened it to edit it ...

Hi Phil, This is really weird. I tried to build a new website again using my existing domain and had the same problem as yesterday. I did manage to capture some screen prints for you to look at (if it helps). However, after you mentioned you'd just built a siterubix site without problem, I thought I'd give it a go too. And it worked!! I can even log in OK to WP to edit. So I'm stumped as to what's going on. Perhaps now I have the siterubix site setup I could move my domain to that? What do you think?

the move would be one option...
the other would be to delete the website and start again on the domain - maybe something is corrupted...
or to ask support - i prefer to do as much myself...but it is getting more limited in what you can do...
trying to view the site there is nothing on there...

Yes, I'd rather try to sort it out myself, if I can. When all else fails then I'll call on support. It may be corrupted. Just to be sure - if I delete this even though there's no actual WordPress website installed, will I also lose my domain name? I see that when I scroll down to the bottom there is the option to delete the website, but I don't want to lose my domain, then have to buy one with a different name. Sorry for so many questions, just being cautious. Thanks for your help, R.

The process of adding an account on instagram is pretty straightforward, the same as the process you went through to create your first instagram account. Every time you login to this new account you're greeted with a blank screen? I've never had that before. I'd just start fresh and try to create a new account again. Seems like a glitch on their end.

I see you're accessing instagram from a computer, have you tried logging in on your phone? Insta is heavily aimed at mobile. I'd try there and if it's the same result, just start the process again. You probably wouldn't be able to choose the same username you started with because instagram will say it's taken, so choose something new that you like and try again.

I think you need accept their terms and conditions before you can proceed. I have experienced this myself.
