Google analytics is good enough. Take your time getting that connected. I was stumped at first getting Google analytics but have that now. Don't bother with getting exact metrics or another analytics it's like $150.00. I did the manual installing at first was a little confusing and be sure to click on there terms of agreement and there are a few boxes you could check. So choose what you want to check. Google analytics should be free no cost. Watch the video about Google analytics installing. My situation was a little different than the video. But those class videos are real helpful. I just started my 7 month and still plan to continue my site. It does take time but you can do well online. Stick it out and have positive ideas.
