The fact that you have got as far as you have is great - it all takes time and effort so don't beat yourself up too much.

My advice would be not to get too hung up on content. I had similar thoughts to you a few months ago when starting out as I wanted my website to look really professional, be very informative and cover all the things I wanted to write about - which were an awful lot!

I had a moment of clarity and realised I was trying to make my website an authoritative website, rather than a niche one. I know its easy to say, but try and concentrate on one post at a time, make sure you're happy with it and it says what you want it to. It doesn't have to be perfect by any means - or particularly lengthy.

I would also suggest looking at other people's niche sites which you can easily do when volunteering comments. This helped me a lot with layout, pages, posts etc.
