Ok, my first restart didnt go so well, and i had to reset everything, good thing i kept notes , now i have restarted again and the site seem to feel better for now , but i will be added more stuff and reorganizing thing in to better menus, once i have better layouts i really start to pour in the content

Sometimes a restart is just what you need and it builds on what you've learned the first time round. But don't hesitate to ask for help from other WA members who've already done it.
I totally agree, Kevin, but sometimes asking the right question at the right time can help with exactly that.
Appearance >> Menus allows you to create menus. I normally create a Header menu to hold my Home Page, Blog, Products, Free Stuff, About and Contact plus a Footer menu to hold my legal pages. You click and drag pages or posts to where you want them to appear in the respective menu. To make a menu item a drop-down, just drag the drop-down pages or posts underneath it and indented.
Sorry I don't know where the training for that might be. You might be able to search for it.
Just to clarify something. This training implies that you need to specify the page hierarchy/parent page in Page Attributes to reflect the menu structure.
This has absolutely no bearing on menu structure. Its only effect is to organize where the pages are shown in the WordPress list of pages.
