Can I share to all of the communities I belong to in one step instead of each one at a time? What about each member of each community?
My only concern that it may appear as spam if its shared to all the communities - I may be wrong

Should be fine. I share my content across many social platforms at once. What happens when content goes viral? It gets shared everywhere.

Hey, not sure how to answer your question. I f you are talking about sharing your website on Google, Facebook etc.. yes you can. I have been promoting my website on facebook for a few days now. I hope this helps you if not let me know that too. We can find this out together. Wishing you the best!

If I may ask another question, I sent my site map to bing, they said it failed. I went into all in one seo updated my site map, says it sent it to bing do I need to do anything els

I have not run into this issue with Bing, generally when there is a fail there will be a reason why like 404 bad URL's etc.
Do you get the same sitemap error in Google Webmaster Tools?
Here is a video from Jay that may help, I honestly have not watched it so I am not sure if it discusses Bing errors in any depth, but I hope it helps. Ranking on Bing My best,

I don't know what I did but suddenly its ok, I guess when I updated it went thru, thanks for the help.
I found bing was awkward with me when I tried to resubmit my sitemap to them. It seemed better to copy and post it into their box rather than just type it in - strange but true! Hope this helps you out. Glyn
