Arguing with an Android!
Well it's official I have gone loco coco! To day I tried to contact paypal and felt like I was in the movie Chuck and Larry. It is pretty funny now that I think about it. My spitual side flew out of the window like it was attached to a sling shot. I am originally from New York City so you can guess the language. I was arguing with an automated voice, that believe it or not stayed calm through the whole thing :).
So how do we reel ourselves in when we are in that pinch situation? You stop trying to resist the moment. Instead welcome it and forgive yourself for it presenting it self to your moment. At that point you should immediately feel an internal opening or shift in your emotions. You are back in the now and in the flow of things. It is really easy to be in the moment when you are by yourself and not interacting with anyone or anything else, but life is always presenting contrast to show us when we are out of the flow perspective.
