Introduction

Good Morning to all you wonderful people at the Great WA Family, as always do so hope that you are all keeping both safe and well.

Thought that I would write my blog this morning, being Mothering Sunday, our Son and Daughter are now here so Dad is hiding at his computer, that is my attempt at a bad joke. Seriously they have come to see their Mum, not me.

The real reason for writing this now, in between cooking Sunday Lunch, I do have a pile of work that needs my attention, so thought that I will try to get this finished before I prepare the potatoes and vegetables.

One of the reasons behind the work load is a couple of slack days again this week, yes it does me good, but then I have to play catch up.

The title to this blog is another of my fantastic attention grabbing headlines, but it does have a meaning of truth.

The Past Few Days

This narrative might end up being a little disjointed, as I will write this is as remember the past few days.

You will probably recall that I had a post indexed from my new site, this week I have had no less than three indexed, yesterday two came in for new site, that is not the confusion, rather the other post that has been indexed.

When I decided to concentrate on the new site, I did have some other websites already up and running. One of these has been indexed, on checking the site, discover that is what has been indexed, is in fact my introduction to the site which was posted on the 1st. March.

In my file I have introduction, on reading this and comparing it with the version on the website, they are totally different. Further investigation reveals that in fact the two sites have similar, but different titles, the reason being that one site will be an upgrade on the other.

Confused? then read on.

This has left me with a problem, I feel that the introduction on file, should in fact be put onto the website to which it refers, however, if I do this I do not want to begin work on any other site until I am a lot further on with the website which I am working on. In other words one site at a time.

Having just read the above again, think that I will post the introduction, but leave it at that until the new site has at a total of some 10/15 articles ready to go. This will include the freebie and the product.

I have managed to do some work on the content for my new site, have seven articles ready to go, this includes the one that will be posted tomorrow.

You can know see why the title is what it is.

The Next Few Days

Apart from posting this week's article tomorrow, will have a good think about some of the other bits that I need to do. Will continue to write more articles for the new site, also have a lot of mails to answer, or at least read and make a decision on.

At the moment I am holding back mails until the weekend, then dealing with them as needed. Should explain that these are only the mails that need reading, not the hundreds that are deleted daily.

I was finding that I was in danger of being totally confused, or disjointed, as I was leaping from one thing to another, but think that now I am back in control of things.

Conclusion

Despite the slight confusion caused by the extra indexing, having had a long think about things, it has helped me to achieve some clarity, in that I can now really decide which sites to work on after the current one is well established.

Sorry if the ramblings have addled your brain, but this has been written as I think.

Being Sunday Lunchtime, the Bar has just opened, my treat of the week, one can of Beer.
