Are you making the best use of your time? We all have the same amount of hours in the day but my question is What are you doing with the time that you have??
Time is always going by. It doesnt stop for anyone. They say as soon as a baby is born into the world it begins the process of dying and I know that we really don't want to look at it like that but it is FACT. So what are you doing with your time?
It passes by no matter how we feel or where we are at in our lives. Therefore it is of great importance to make the best use of your time because you will never get it back again. It is something to be cherished and spent wisely. Experiencing your life in a more fulfilled way, and living your life with true purpose are ways that we can make the best use of our time.
Will you be able to look back and say "I lived my life with no regrets. I took chances and didn't live in fear. I was true to the energy of my soul and lived my truth. One of the biggest regrets of people on their death beds research says, "I didn't live a life being true to myself. I didn't step out and serve the highest energy of my soul. Not worrying about what others thought when it came to something I really wanted to achieve."
Choose How You Spend Your Time
Don't waist time being worried and upset over things you can't control. Choose to live your life to the best you can even when things are not going the way you want. The right perspective will have you making those things that seem like a problem, they will become an OPPORTUNITY. Time is still going by whether your having a pity party or you are refusing to be stopped. Have the stance that everything is working for you no matter how it appears.
Your Time Is Valuable
Choose to spend your time wisely and not waist it. Don't spend time complaining about what you dont have instead be grateful for everything you do have, and the rest will come.

Yes everyone has the same time of 24hours . But we tend to waste time doing something that are not contribute to our goals and values . So how you can effectively used our time wisely is by valued it per hour per rate. How much it cost you to watch say Movies for 2 hours. And you should have working out say $ 10 per hour. It that way we will priorities our time. 👍👏👌😁
