that we do
2. Reflect purposefully on what you currently do, and on your values and beliefs
3. Surround yourself with people who celebrate you and don't just tolerate you.
4. Bloom where you are planted.
5. Set a reasonable short-term and long-term goals.
6. Thank people for their support
