An internal hyperlink??

I know how to do it in HTML,

Say you are editing your web page in text mode.

You can make a word a hyper link to a place further down the page.

Say .. you wrote this.

[ I fly Boeing 747SP and even own two of then ]
you would high light the word " Boeing " and hit your hyper link icon on your WP tool bar and target "" again down the page.

Hi Phil,
There are table of contents plugins, (for example Table of Contents Plus) that create a list based on your headings. This allows your visitors to navigate to different sections of your post or page.
I haven't used these plugins yet so I can't really tell you any more.

Or to the point you are so this specifically hasn't come up, but I am aware that my writing here tends to become longish so I need to figure out ways to be more concise or do as you are suggesting. I'm so tired of answering every ones questions and there great things going on I have a page and some times 2 of nothing by either some
one following me or some one just did some terrific thing. seems I spend all my time answering their problems they dont answer my problems don't answer mine. and it seems it always the same people that want help, well I tried to answer, but soon they have another question. few days ago tried to get some help and he told me now to bother him. that there is plenty of answers in the lessons so he doesn't talk to me anymore if I ask a question. so let everybody else do the same I tired of people dithering me.

Hello there ! That's exactly what I was looking for as well. My article is 2000 words long and it's a little too long for visitors and I wanted to do the same thing but I don't know how to do it. So maybe there will be some experts here that can help us both lol

Well, one way to do it is create a small table of contents at the top of the page or post. Then, link to section headings or Anchor Links. See image for the code. (You'll need to know how to switch from "Visual" to "Text" in the WordPress Editor)
