Success Formula.
For so many years, I believe that hard working is the key to success, but is that really ture if we redouble our efforts, our dream will translate into reality?
The answer is NOT REALLY. Why?
Because what I realise is the reason why people need to work hard is simply want to keep his position, and earn some opportunilities to get promotion, but the condition is your boss is good and he really sees your value. Therefore, how can you draw your boss or manager's attention so that they can see your potenticl working ability for the company which will come to the top priority.
Before that, it is necessary to know that in this competitive society, working hard is not important any more, because everyone can work hard enough in order to continue his career. What I want to say is, if you really want to build your career in the company, you need to know how to work smart first, because it will prove you are special to the company as not everyone can do what you can do, and this will be the way to achieve your goal.
Finally, it will come to the Success Formula: work hard + work smart = Success

For most of my life I have done both. I have work for somebody else, I've had my own little sideline business come and additionally I have picked up government contracts. the important thing for me is to be happy. I probably make less money now than at any time in my adult life but as an old man on the way out I am happier than I have ever been.
You know, making more money is not equal happiness. The most important thing is you are happy coz i have done what you want. and it is really time for you to enjoy life and review the contribution you have made for your family.......
now we have our own company and are responsible to ourselves so what we put in then we will get out!!!
When it comes to doing own business, it alwasys not easy in the begining, but after the plane gets off the ground, you will be the person who have the last laugh.
