Hello there! I wanted to know if anyone knows any tricks that help you be more efficient with your time.
I tend to get distracted easily and i waste a lot of time I had p
A schedule and a timer. And be Very strict about sticking to your schedule.
This is difficult to do at first or at least it was for me but it helps.

Hi - I'm squeezing everything I can from my waking hours. Full-time job, family (all the dramas that go with family), PhD, all the extras.
In the past, I think whatever inefficiencies I had with time management could be forgiven because I always had more stamina than I needed to just keep pressing on until things were done, whether or not I got any sleep.
But I can do better than that, and I'm in the process of putting some new habits in place.
It begins mostly with a more accurate awareness of how I'm spending time to begin with.
Keep a productivity journal. Spend 15 mins at the end of every day writing in brief what you did that day, what worked, what didn't, and then make a to-do list for the next day with at least three items, large or small, that you WILL definitely accomplish.
The other thing: conduct an audit of how you currently spend time on each day of the week, and examine it for places you can do better with your time. Be really honest. If you've spent two hours faffing about on Facebook, make a note of it. You might in response to something like this, have a timesink app that cuts you off when you reach a daily allowance you set for using a site or an app.
I love love love the Chronodex for tracking time. Just print and mark with pen and paper:

Next thing - get someone to share your journey. Get more efficient with your use of time, alongside your nearest and dearest, in your home. It's like going to the gym with a friend! Your efforts are bolstered.
Thanks a lot Ivy!
I´ll definitely take your words in to consideration.
Guess are need to write a note of my weekly routine to see where I´m most inefficient. I was never really good at being structured perhaps it´s what prevents me from succeeding more than any thing.

How do you become more efficient in time management?

I make realistic goals. For instance, I aim at writing 3 post per week. So I do my keyword research for those 3 posts in the beginning of the week, and write them down on the remaining days of the week.

Hi Poul Here!
I'm quite new here and I was wondering how you kept motivated and focused on your goals when this was all new for you?
Cheers Poul.
For me, this community helps to keep me on track.
Also, I watch video's from speakers and leaders to get boosted. For example: Free Mini Training Influence
Welcome Paul, to be motivated, be strong and determined to attend your goal. Tell yourself if people are doing it you too can do it. Don't listen to those who don't believe in online business. Keep going with your courses, ask questions and answer others questions, make friends.
Good luck.
Well Poul, the best way to stay motivated is to have faith that you can do it, if you put in the work needed.
The absolutely only thing that can stop you from achieving success, is if you give up. Nothing else.
I promise you, if you work hard for it, everything can be done.
Have faith that you are gonna achieve your goals.
And also, try to imagine how you are going to feel when you have achieved your goals. For example: ''How am i gonna feel when i finally make the 5000€ every month?''. The answer to that is that you're gonna feel absolutely amazing.
Strive for that feeling.
