Positive Vibes : What's your problem?

Good morning all, I've finished up a great amount of work and I finally have some free time to spread unto you some positive vibes :-)

So today I'd like to leave you with a quote of truth that we can ALL benefit from:

"Your problem is never really YOUR PROBLEM.. Your reaction to your problem.. is your problem"

Sound true enough? Or not really? Well, while it may sound a bit cliché I must say there is so much truth to the quote "If you change your way of thinking you can change your life." I have completely changed my life to a much more positive and stress free life style simply by changing the way that I think... no really... Change the way that you view things and instead of stressing about the outcome, come with alternative solutions for "your problem" react differently.. I know what you may be thinking... If I have a problem, changing the way I react is not going to stop the problem from existing right?? in fact it very well may... Just consciously try it.. the next time that you are presented with a problem.. stop the negative thoughts, the what ifs, and the worry, instead clear your mind and simply respond or react in a positive manner or with positive thoughts no matter how worried you may be... you will see that your worry will fade and essentially so will your "Problem"... in the worst case.. it will go from a "Problem" to a solution goal that you are trying to reach.. I'm not a sales person so share with me your trust.. I am a young woman that have simply been faced with many challenges throughout life, and have over come them simply with the power of thought... yes that's a real thing lol.... you owe it to yourself to give it a try... let me know how it works out for you and have a positive filled day!
