Today I want to talk about a feedback sandwich.
I learned about the feedback sandwich in NLP training and in toastmasters. A feedback sandwich is a way of giving feedback to someone in a way that they can learn to get better, and still feel good about what they have done so far.

How to give a feedback sandwich.
The "bread" of the sandwich is a compliment. The very beginning of the feedback is a compliment and the ending of the feedback is another compliment about the good parts of the website(this can pertain to anything)
The "meat" of the sandwich is the middle, this is where you can give the person feedback on how to improve their website. We all want to improve here.
When getting a feedback sandwich, you will feel good when you start getting it. Then you will get some useful advice on how to improve whatever you are doing. Then finally you will feel good again being left off with another positive comment.
I have left 2 feedback sandwiches for 2 websites I left feedback for. In return I simply got positive feedback about my website. I don't have any way of getting better if I don't get the constructive feedback I require.
Everyone will be happy to get a nice sandwich :)
