Become your own business owner.
Hi everyone, I just wanted to share with you all my experience as a "business owner". I've been self employed for 3 years now, I am currently working for an insurance company and one of the things I am told is that I am my own "business owner" there.
This is true but with certain limitations, someone above you will always be micromanaging you, which is something that I want to get away from. I understand that insurance agents can work being micromanaged but I can not, that was the main reason why I joined the insurace business and quit my factory job. I have not been able to get away from the being micromanaged, to me it is very stressing.
During the holidays season in 2016, I came across WA and I obviously did some research before signing in and let me tell you that so far it has been awesome, I truly feel like I will be able to get away from being micromanaged. I will also have the opportunity to become my very own boss which is something I've always dreamed of.
