Getting some good traffic to my website
Yesterday I was just trying to learn the mechanics of the Wealthy Affiliate system and I decided to try to learn how to access my stats. I was not expecting to see anything there, and I still have no sales. However, I was pleasantly surprised, very pleasantly surprised when I saw that I had 178 clicks, which I assume means that 178 people clicked on to my website. An hour and a half later, I had 183 clicks. Getting people to look at my content is Step 1 to getting sales. Step 2 is converting those clicks to sales, and I am sure that with my Super Affiliate training I will learn how to monetize that site traffic. Late yesterday afternoon I posted some notices on Facebook and Twitter for people to have a look at my website, but instead, my click numbers went down, I assume because of overnight. I will keep posting content and hope this continues to drive visitors to my website. One thing I can't do yet is provide advice. I am months away from having enough expertise to answer the questions that other people have. (I am learning computer toggling through SA as well as marketing methods.) I tried answering one person's question and all I did was give him information that he already knew. Still, the assignments under the first month's SA training are extremely helpful for me because they assist in "jump starting" my computer training.
