If only more companies would remember that instead of chasing ROI. Though, my inbox would be more time consuming to control. For one, I wouldn't mass delete on bulk knowing what emails are purely promotional. And yes, assumptions are made. I think it was Kit that started with sending out email nudges to confirm people still wanted to hear from senders as part of email cleanups. Too many focus on the numbers instead of the people behind them.
