Importance of Wind Stress

How would it look like if we had a world without wind? There would not be waves in the sea, no trees falling over, leaves would not be falling on the streets, no whirl winds and dust blowing etc. You expect that things would be calm indeed, isn't it?

Would you expect trees to fall over in still wind? I Read from somewhere that this happened in Biosphere 2 in a three acre glass dome built in Arizona where by trees grew fast than normal in a WINDLESS BUBBLE. These trees became so huge and heavy such that they started to collapse under their own weight!

Researchers concluded that this happened because the trees were not exposed to any CHALLENGE as they were growing. The trees required WIND to make them HARD and RESISTANT. The trees needed WIND STRESS to GROW STRONG.

The Challenges we encounter in LIFE as well as in WA are wind stresses that are very important for our own growth and STABILITY. We need to be TWISTED now and then so that we can grow STRONG.

How would it look like if you just woke up one morning and found a briefcase on the table and inside is millions of dollars? Would you be free to enjoy that money? Personally I would be hesitant because I don't know the source!
