What Makes You Happy?
What do people look for in life? Most people look for what makes them happy in life. I, just like many others, am looking for the same thing. The difference is that I know what makes me happy. I am just working hard to get it.
My happiness doesn't come from a lot of money or a lot of material valued items. No! What makes me happy isn't paid for with money. It's earned.
Money just makes life a little easier. It pays the bills. It pays for stuff we need. It pays for a lot of stuff in life. But it doesn't buy complete happiness..
Would you like to know what makes me happy? My family makes me happy.
If you don't know me. I'm a father of 4 beautiful kids and a pregnant wife that I have a lot to prove to and a lot to do to make them happy and make sure they stay happy.
I used to be one of those people that thought that money made you happy. I was wrong. My life doesn't revolve around money or anything like it. My life revolves around my kids and my wife.
True happiness doesn't come from what money can buy. I can tell you from experience.
Yea I used to not make a lot of money considering how many people I have to support and we just barely made it by from week to week but seeing a smile on the face of one of your own kids from just having the time to play with them is more than money can buy.
I wouldn't trade the world for moments like that.
I am a stubborn and serious individual when it comes to wanting to make a income from home. By accomplishing that I would be able to spend most of every second of the rest of my life with my kids and wife.
If they are happy then I am happy. That's all that should matter to someone in the same position as me.

This is so true Patrick and I'm glad you wrote this blog post.
My goals are to replace my wife's income, not to give us more money but to enable her to stay at home and raise our kids (when we have them).
Spending time with my wife is what matters to me and if money makes that easier, then it is my goal. The minute it stops being that goal then my view will change along with it.
I can see we share a very similar opinion on this and I know its the focus on my wife which pushes me to succeed online. Keep it up buddy!
That is true, money is for protection just as wisdom, but it cannot but happines or joy because these two come from inside us.

You're just like me at the moment. I live about a half an hour south of Murfreesboro, TN and my wife and kids are 600 miles east of me.
Believe me when I say that my family means more than the world to me and no dollar amount could replace them.
