Taking care of Myself
Hello WA family. I am not sharing because I want or need pity. I don't. I am Bi-polar II That is less severe than classic bipolar. At any rate it find myself slipping downward a bit and I need to take care of me. If I take the time now it will be a few days. If I put it off longer it could take weeks to months to balance out again. I just don't want anyone to think I have given up. I am only doing that which will make me stronger.
I think we can all use this as an example of any issue in our life. If you take care of a problem quickly the recover is so much faster.
Expect to see me active and in good shape next week.
