I have added a few websites to google analytics, but the last one I added does not pick up any traffic. Does anyone have an idea what this might be?

Make sure you've put the correct UA code into the All-in-One SEO (or whatever SEO program you are using) so it is actually on your site. Currently, I see two on your site:

UA-74958223-6 and UA-74958223-4

Perhaps you have put one in the theme and one in your SEO program? Either way, I don't think having two different accounts linked there will work.

Thank you! How do I removethe one in my theme? the -6 number is the correct number and the -4 number I have to remove...

Look to see which one you have in your All-in-One to make sure. If that is the correct one, then look under appearances > customize and see if you find an option for it there. Some themes have SEO options built in under the customize section or another menu item (on the WP dashboard) usually the theme name.

Maybe you don't get traffic?
Give me the link, and I will visit your site so you can look if it counts

amazingsuccessonline.com - I have gotten a few comments on my blog articles, so there has been traffic, but no counts...

I am now on your website

Great storytellers are you 2:) loved reading some, nice bedroom too! But one thing, I miss the privacy policy ánd the affiliate disclosure.

Can you see a visitor in real time? still there...

Now I am there, I will give you a feedback too

1. http://amazingsuccessonline.com/build-a-website
8 affiliate links to the same homepage, sounds a bit desperate, one is enough - http://amazingsuccessonline.com/best-online-business-opportunities - 5 homepage affiliate links - also on http://amazingsuccessonline.com/getting-started 5 links

2. affiliate disclosure and privacy policy 3. Let external links always open in a new tab, you lose customers when you don't (http://www.sunflowerfund.org.za/sunflower-day-2016/what-is-sunflower-day/)

4. Make use of internal links in your replies in a comment, per example link the sentence "I have included a nifty worksheet to the link (http://amazingsuccessonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Aim-for-SMART-worksheet-1.pdf)
And let that link open in a new tab, also where you have added it at the 2 here and here

5. Activate your comment areas on every post and page, go to quick edit on your dashboard - all posts - all pages - and check the box before allow comments

6. Again, let the link on "A study from researchers" open in a new tab/window - check all your external links for that

7.Posts like 7 Rules for Successful Living are way to short! Try to make at least 300 words

8. Try to make your comments longer, every word counts, also in the comment, and try to place replies in which you can send people to another article on your site with a link (inject your comments with links)

I wonder, are you 2 doing the certification course?

Thank you so much Loes! I appreciate it a lot!

I strongly advise you to do the certification course step-by-step, I see you are skipping things, and that will break you up

Thank you so much for your feedback Loes! I appreciate it. I am doing the certification course. I am currently on Course 3 Lesson 1

Course 5 is handling the webmaster tools and analytics, you are jumping ahead

It's just because I already had a site before joining WA, so I thought I'd add google analytics to my new site as well :-)

I first started out with a .com domain but I then got a .org domain which is shorter with the keywords I want to rank for.

Is a .com better than .org in terms of google r

Yes, many people recommend to have a .com domain.
I just needed to change my .de domain in somewhat more international. The same name (TheWisdomFactory) with .com is available, but they ask $3000 !!!! for it. So I chose NET for $15 or so.
What I mean is, the run to the .com domains creates the speculation. Somebody buys the .com domain as soon as they notice the appearance of the title within some other ending. - and then you cannot get it or you are ripped.

Thanks for the feedback! I will revert back to a .com instead

Most would agree that trust comes from having a dot com domain :)

The issue with .org is that it's not seen as a 'purchasing' type domain. .org was originally dedicated to non-profit organizations, and it keeps that 'expectation' to this day. People are less likely to buy from a .org, but as far as search goes, I don't think it has a big impact.

Does your domain extension have an effect on your ranking?
