I am definitely not getting enough sleep. I have never really gotten enough sleep. I am like a permanently exhausted pigeon (not an early bird or a night owl!).
However, I have seen the detrimental effects in my day job time and time again - Snapping at colleagues or spending time unproductively. I can feel the effects of not getting enough sleep, but whenever I catch myself it's way past midnight and I still have a million things I want to do. So I am definitely on the "not getting enough sleep" list.

It is great that you are at least aware of the detrimental effects of not getting enough sleep. That is the first step towards changing behaviour.
Are there any actions you can take that will support you in getting more sleep?
Better time management! Deciding quickly what is most important and doing those things while I'm fresh and not procrastinating or wasting time during the day. I also find the days where I have a definite list of what I want to achieve, I get to bed earlier!
