Just read Kyle’s post on goals
What a phenomenal week, my daughter who I’ve not seen in weeks lead her team dance and came 2nd in the UK championship senior group event in Liverpool. She is currently studying a degree in dance and following her dreams. One of my 2 boys who loves playing the guitar and is much better than me, stood beside the statues of the Beetles in Liverpool also having toured the fantastic museum going over the history of Liverpool both musically and industrially.
I’ve just read Kyle’s post about goals and it has me thinking about what a great life we can design here for our own life’s. I am writing this after a beer, some wine, relaxing in the hot tub and now enjoying a G&T, whilst looking over the woods in a log cabin with a wood fire in the Yorkshire Dales.
Could I have achieved this without WA? Possibly, however, what I have learned is how to build a website, use social media and have a great dog walking business enabling us as a family to achieve these things. I also have success through crypto and am about to launch a business selling mirrors and other things with local artists.
Once again I’m feeling so grateful and excited as I plan my progress for the end of this year and moving forward into 2024.
I genuinely hope everyone is enjoying life as much even through all the trials and tribulations that we all have.
Best wishes
Peter

Loved reading this post, and the fact that you are reflecting on where you are and what you achieved, but are the most excited about what is ahead of you and what those future goals look like once accomplished.
I have found that accomplishment happens in such an incremental manner, you don't all of a sudden become a "full time marketer", or a "millionaire". It's a slow, methodical process to achieve great accomplishment and there are smaller goals that are connected to get to the bigger goals...but the bigger goals are instantly proceeded by even bigger goals, and a series of smaller goals. That moves the attention instantly to "what's ahead".
Love this post, and enjoy your evening!
Kyle,
Couldn’t agree more with you and it causes such reflection. But we all get through it and it makes us so much stronger.
Thanks as always

Hello Peter,
Congratulations to your daughter for her awesome dance accomplishment. Is she an undergraduate at Liverpool University?
Ah, Liverpool. From what I have researched online as well as recent pictures my sister sent me, Liverpool has changed a lot since. But not in all areas.
The university campus is very much the same as I remember it. It has expanded outwards rather than through demolishing and rebuilding.
When I was an undergraduate there the Beatles were still performing. Penny Lane was released. In fact, the hall of residence I lived in was next to Peny Lane.
I am sure your daughter is enjoying that amazing city.
Cheers!

Edwin,
Thanks so much. She’s actually studying at Wilkes in Swindon. That is the second time I’ve been to Liverpool and it is stunning. We stayed at the Premier Inn at the docks and our room looked over the docks. So many great places to visit and eat. The museum goes through the history of Liverpool and has a lot of memorabilia from the Beetles and many other famous musicians historically and more recent.
Staying near York at the moment and went into York yesterday, another stunning area. Was in a guitar shop and chatting to a chap who’s met Jimmy Hendrix (had tea with the band) when he was 14 - unbelievable, according to the shop owner, the man Ron, is still a phenomenal guitarist.
It must have been amazing being in Liverpool in the era you studied, it would be interesting to hear how you find Liverpool if you do go back, I find the people extremely friendly which I’m sure hasn’t changed.
Have a great day
Cheers
Peter
