Website Indexing - My First SEO Love Letter From Google
Getting the message from Google that your website is now indexed in their search engine feels amazing, especially when you're just starting out! That was my experience when I started out here in Wealthy Affiliate.
Google saying "Your website has been indexed...sweet! ...This milestone is a major accomplishment!" is a big deal.
Website Indexing
Website indexing by Google is super important for anyone with a website. It means Google has found your site, checked it out, and added it to its list. This lets your site show up in search results, which is the first step to getting visitors and being seen online.
Why is indexing so important? Think of it like building a store in the middle of nowhere. Without indexing, nobody knows your website exists. Indexing lets people who are searching for what you offer actually find you.
Once Google indexes your site, the next step is to rank higher in search results. Ranking is where your website appears on Google's search pages when people search for certain words. The higher you rank, the more people will visit your site.

Great post! I am trying my best to get ranked by google but for some reason I cant seem to get ranked. I do not know why.I have over 25 posts, xml files, https, comments. No ranking or indexed

True, and I remember when I shared the same excitement here several months ago, even though the same website was previously indexed in 2018. But I lost the website until I hosted it again here on the WA.
Today, right now, someone is planning (chatting with me on WhatsApp) to host me on a radia talkshow, just because she found me through Google, leading to my website when I wrote an article about the Terracotta Warriors in China. She wants me to talk about what that means for South Sudan, Africa, and the world.
Yep!
I want to tell my story.
I want to inspire others through my own life as someone born and raised during war.
And Google is here to help me reach the world.

Just to warn, most of my real-life stories are scaring to be honest. In April 2001, a man stood before me with a ready AK-47 and told me I was dead already, pointing the barrel at my chest at about 4 meters apart.
I looked at him closely and said, "If you're God, maybe. If not, we shall meet again in this life where I'll be of help to you but you won't recall this event," and as soon as I said this, a bullet from my soldier across the river from where we were standing hit the ground between the two of us. The result? He started to run away, and I ran the opposite direction.
Four years later, I was a health working in his village miles away from mine, and he came and asked for some money. I glady gave him, and he thanked me heartily.
After he left, I asked the villagers to confirm he was the one, and they said, "You knew him? He's a very bad man (kind), not the English word though.
About three weeks later, he was shot dead in a village raid. I wished I reminded him of my prophecy which came true, but what if he then tried his last chance and shot me dead? He was carrying the same AK-47 riffle four years later!
Well, both of us won't be here today to tell the story.
That my friend, is just one of the many other real stories, why I was left with no single doubt that God exists. But is that a proof of His existence? That's for another day.

That is beyond imaginable for people who have not seen war and would make for an excellent topic to share with the world.
People should hear stories like this. Not that it will change the senseless acts committed by humans, but it will expose and bring awareness to the behavior that exist today.

Americans cannot even begin to fathom what daily life in your country is like in the face of conflict. Sure we have areas high in crime, but actual conflict and having to grow up in it and the effect it has on one is a story that needs to be told.
I am glad you have been strong enough to endure it. Even though it is everyday and normal for you. For people looking in, it makes for an intriguing topic.
