Make The Repairs Needed
So, in the morning I go in for knee replacement of a 42 year old surgery that had worn out. As a young man I was just going past the limts of speed for competition water skiing. However, a good surgeon put me back together. At 66 I find myself revisiting the same knee. I guess you can have something working for you for a long time and then things can begin to change and it doesn't work as good as it use to.
What do you do? Get frustrated..overwhemed or worry? Of course not, you just repair, alter, or reshape those things that no longer are a benefit and keep going! Bring on the therapy and pain, it's going to work better than it has been!

Very true words, Paul, and an excellent attitude to boot. I hope everything comes out well in the end!

Great mindset and motivation.
Repair, alter or reshape, I like that.
Thanks and all the best with the knee.

I loved water skiing when we were doing that. However, we never got competitive, just with friends on the lake with our families.
Use your healing time to revisit some of the training and classes. There are so many! So much to learn. So many ways to go and build.
Good luck,
Sami
