I have been in cybersecurity education and training for over 20 years. I have been a faculty member and in leadership roles. I have a doctorate in Educational Technology, MS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Computer Engineering.
I have over 20+ year of experience teaching and consulting in the IT and cybersecurity fields.
I am an avid runner and have run 5Ks, 10Ks, Half and Full Marathons. The last couple of years I have had major health challenges from anemia to Hashimoto's, a thyroid condition. I switched doctors recently to someone who straddles the fence between current healthcare and also more naturopathic. I am on the AIP diet and it has worked wonders for my health and wellness. I swear by it. It is a way of life. I have always had challenges with food. I continue to learn how to use food for healing.
If you have any questions about this let me know. I have a good foundation of understanding of natural remedies. I am not an MD. My doctorate has helped me understand the research though.
I live in Virginia with my wife and four kids. I have a daughter getting married next June. I am looking forward to learning how all of this works to become my own boss.

Deelilah, Dr is fine even though you can call me Keith. My background is good. I am at the same level as all of you in this new context of affiliate marketing. I am learning a ton and things that I never knew happened behind the scenes. I look forward to following you and learning from you too. Hi Keimor Anther member gave me your details. I was hoping you might advise me on what to do. My new computer has a virus.
I downloaded an image from Bing (which I've never used before) My Word document turned to mash with lines of code everywhere. I rebooted and recovered my document in an earlier form having lost an hour or so of improvements.. I did a scan with Malwarebytes and it found zero problems. The next day my computer became un-useable. It boots up ok but upon opening any app. it doesn't respond and the window will not close. I tried going into safe mode and that looked promising but they have changed the password. I'm using my old laptop which is super slow, the main reason I purchased a new All-in-one HP PC with a large screen.

Unfortunately yes a few weeks worth of data and I had an external drive attached at the time. Thinking about the data I can not remember if there was anything crucial. I will discover that probably after I have reinstalled Windows 10.
There was a lot of data I transferred from my old laptop too.
Malwarebytes Premium promised it would catch any virus before it infected my computer. Isn't that a fraudulent statement?

I am an avid follower of good health matters and at 83 seem to be reaping the benefits.
Unfortunately doctors are like all other professions, some are so good and the others vary.
I have read health stuff extensively and in desperation I have at times self medicated and still do because what I have done has worked when the medical profession was not fixing me.
I have learnt a lot from international doctors, one in particular, who I have never met but thanks to the internet we can access their knowledge.
Anyway, all the very best for everything including WA.
