Traveling has been my trance to life!
I am fortunate to be the son of a flight attendant. Since my first flight at two weeks old, I have had the travel bug. From the airport, to the airplanes, the whole world of travel is so amazing. There was always a feeling of nostalgia every time I was going to take a fight to whatever destination. The best part about it was sitting in first class when my mum was the cabin crew supervisor. From pick up in the morning to meeting with all the crew and entering the plane before anyone else, it was truly a dream life.
My brother and I would always fight to see who was going to ride the jump seat for take off or landing, so before the flight my mother would make us choose. Many times my mother would have to do a two-day European flight from a Friday afternoon to a Sunday afternoon and she would take us with her. When we got back to school on a Monday my friend would ask me what I did for my weekend? I would say I went to London. They didn’t believe me at first until the teacher told them that I was telling the truth.
You are probably thinking, this dude is bragging, but my point to this story is not to brag, but to count my blessings. My mum showed us a different world and it had immense growth on our education. It showed us that the world is united. We live in different times these days but there is still unity, thank God for that. I have done a lot of traveling in my adult years and have lived in different countries. The feeling of travel has changed a bit due to the haughtiness of airline staff and the rush of things.
However, I still love it because I love meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. It makes me realize that we are still connected and that we, all around the world, have so much in common. I hope we can all experience travel, whether it be international, within your country or continent.
In my title I mentioned that traveling has been my trance to life, so here is a little something I like to listen to when I travel. I hope you enjoy…Cheers!

Very nice, Paul! I am not much of a traveler, but I like people who do, because I can live vicariously in their exploits!

I like this! I also love traveling especially in planes. I mainly love flying at night over big cities with all of the lights, and I also love flying in storms because its really cool. You are definitely lucky to be the son of a flight attendant.
Thank you! That awesome to hear that! Bless ups! I love flying at night as well, it's such a different feeling. Whenever there is a storm I get excited because I love turbulence, which most people think I'm crazy for that, but it feels like theme park ride to me with more of a depth.
