Even when something good comes along in any aspect of life, you often see people clinging to the same old premises and attitudes. They hold on to concepts or practices they're familiar with simply because they tend to equate familiarity with comfortability. And we humans like to stay within our comfort zones.

The same is true in starting anything new, maybe a new career, business. The same was true for me when I started or joined the Wealthy Affiliate platform. I was very excited at the very beginning but after a couple of months, I became overwhelmed with the reality of how much time and work is required to achieve my goals.

I have been in the Wealthy Affiliate platform for almost three months now. Each time I think about how slow the process has been, I'm also reminded about my 9 to 5 status quo! I had to learn how to be grateful for all the training courses, the great community, and the mentors who have helped me in one way or the other.

It's been a learning and growing process for me because I'm not that techie. It was during this period that I came to realize that, if I want to have a lifestyle that I have never had before, I will need to do what I have never done before. And to achieve a meaningful transformation in any aspect of life, you must dare to step outside your comfort zone, shake up the status quo, and be willing to re-think your thinking.

I have decided to take full ownership of my business and find ways to invest more time to do the necessary things that are needed to help me build a successful online digital business.

Many of us who have been in this business or platform for a while now, and are yet to have any meaningful achievements so far are wondering if this is the right platform for them. For me as compared to other platforms that I have tried for the past couple of years, I think the Wealthy Affiliate platform is second to none.

I think it is time for us to be prepared to win by equipping ourselves with the tools, skills, knowledge, and attitude that is needed to achieve our goals.

Do not worry about your background, because you can do more than you think through this platform. Great success doesn't happen overnight it takes time, hard work, and consistency.
