Maybe it depends of the location people are... I can see your post on the first result on first page here....
I don't think it has anything to do with the location. I do believe they are adding keywords somewhere in their website either by using Plugins or some kind of widget

The website seems to have authority already. That takes time.

But when you look at the keywords google keyword tool pull from their page - you'll find that 90% of the keywords are on their website visible to their reader
This brings me to my question.... do they add more keywords to the back end of their website?
