I've not been able to sign up for Amazon Affiliate Program so I have been trying to sign up with Ebay's Affiliate Program and I'm experiencing some difficulties.

I just did this with another affiliate, but it was the same exact thing. The affiliate I was using(viglink) offered more then one way, but it still had to be attached to my site. I went on my frontpage to edit the page and I went out of visual into text and added a code snippet then went back to the affiliate site and hit verify and it was a success. FileZilla is an FTP program not a WP plugin. Use it to FTP to your site and upload the file for verification. You can find your FTP username and password by clicking on Websites > Site Manager and then finally in Details for your site.
