Learning New Things, Never Ends.
Back in 2008 I found myself "Laid Off" but the fact of the matter is, My new Manager and I did not see eye to eye. I was in the building trades as a sales Rep, and was the top salesman for the last five years before my I got laid off. The building trades went South in 2008 and the company needed to cut expenses . So guess what? I was cut because I was making more than the new Manager...Funny how life works..Long story ,longer..I was sitting at home and was thinking, I could make a living from using the internet. So I inadvertently signed up for every so called promising (scam) I could find.
Needless to say, None had work out, even though I put a ton of time and money into the programs. I tried that until my 401k money ran out , and went back to work, frustrated for being so stupid to fall for the "get rich, quick KaKa".... I found a job two days after I sent my resumes out, and life and my bride were happy.
Fast forward to 2014....11 November 2014, I was at work as a contractor salesman, doing what I do best, and then.......BAM!!, I couldn't talk, walk, and was dazed and confused. One of my co-workers saw me, and rushed me to the ER. Thank God for that angel. Doc's said, "I stroked out" they flew me via helicopter to a hospital that had the equipment to save my life.
After about two week I was released, but I swore, I would return to work soon. I went back to work after the 1st of January (much to the Doc's protest) and lasted until May 2015.
My point being is, I am now on Medical leave, so I started to think there has to be a way to find something that works and not cost me an arm and a leg and my right testicle. I had nothing to do but research. I looked for anything to bring a few bucks to help the expenses. I signed up, for free, survey deals. They don't pay that good and a 15 min survey takes about a 45 min to complete (not very profitable) I tried other "free" deals but same results.
Okay, I have been carry on for to long...sorry.
I am convinced, with the training and support from so many here..I can make it!
I am almost embarrassed to bare my soul to so many strangers, but if there is anyone in the same situation, Don't Give UP!
When I was in the Service, one our sayings was:"The Only Easy Day, Was Yesterday".
I will prove, that if I can do it, Anyone can. God willing and the creek don't rise.
God Bless' PaPaGrizz out.
