About Me and My Private Policy

I have always wanted to shift my About Me and the Private Policy Pages even before I have had several recommendations to do so. But I could never get them to move from where it was in the first place. I have tried every thing in the book, but they stand still just the same way. I have gone to the class room for answers but they still remain still. They are as still as the sun that Moses commanded to stand still. Can someone tell me what command, or what I can do to move them. I have had previous instructions written and unwritten but they will not move. They are as firm as the Rock of Gibraltar.
I really need your help.to park them where they belong Thanks

You can add a widget called, custom menu, place that widget where you want it, in the footer per example, create a new menu, colofon or something, add the privacy policy and affiliate disclaimer to this menu , go to your new custom menu widget and point out to the new "colofon" menu
