When someone get listed in your referral list, and later upgrade to a Premium or Premium Plus you get a commission.
However if they remain starters, then not.

His all-in-title is similar to QSR. So he is targetting keywords with QSR equivalent of up to 62.5 and the search limit 250. In my view this is still a high QSR, I rarely go over 30. On the other hand, there is no reason to put any upper limit on the number of searches.
I do not see anything particular in this strategy. His great income may be due to many other factors, there is no way to prove the strategy based on one site only, statistics does not work that way. But you might want to try this, it would be interesting to hear from you later.

Your Google Search Console reports on Google searches only. Your website could easily be receiving traffic from Bing and Yahoo.

Your Google Search Console reports on Google searches only. Your website could easily be receiving traffic from Bing and Yahoo.

just a quick and maybe unnecessary question. My site is not 6 months old. I have 44 posts up. When I do check out my rankings in Google manually, I only rank for 5-6
Each search engine has its own algorithm to rank your page. Google is the hardest to rank but once you have built your authority and trust, Google will send more traffic your site. Just be patient and posting more valuable article.

Cannot wait for that moment when Google will recognize me! My articles are indexed right after publishing, and they do rank but not very high. Although I have low competition keywords, it seems to take extremely long! I thought after 6 months, I would be ranked a little better, but I guess I have to wait a little more.
A few of my articles are on page 1, but compared to the Ranking in Bing, it is not much.
