8 Symptoms to show you are addicted to WA Chat
1. Your ranking is going up everyday
2. Chat's the 1st thing you click on when you logon to WA
3. You can provide links to answers for most questions
4. You know who comes in when into chat
5. You have reported someone for spamming
6. You got reported for spamming
7. You checked in several times a day
8. You write more words in Chat than in your own site
I know I am definitely experiencing the above symptoms and got a "kick" from a friendly member for chatting too much. So, I have decided to cut my addiction by cutting my time on chat and spending more time:
1. writing WA blogs
2. posting and improving articles on my site
So friends, if you don't see me on chat so often, don't worry, I'm still around, just drop me a PM and I will still answer :)

Something has to change drastically in chat before I am going to recommend this. It's going way too fast, and too chaotic
Well I'm cutting down, I do find it distracting at times, chaotic as well when everybody is too enthusiastic about replying!

Yeap, I'm guilty. I've met a lot of great people on this site and I would not change a thing! Personally, it breaks up the monotony. Bad choice for a word, but you get the idea. Call it habitual, call it what you want. That being said, I really do try to stay away from my email alerts, but I just cannot, lol! For example, here I am replying to your alert that came through my email! Hi, onebluemoon, how yah doing? I seriously need therapy, lol!

Hey Becky, nice to hear from you! You are right in saying it breaks the monotony....that's if you have been working on your site, it will be nice to take a break and chat. Friends do keep us going on for longer than when we are doing it alone!

Yes, I spend a lot of time researching, learning how to build great content for my niche, and learning what it takes to be a successful online entrepreneur. The website hopefully will start to take on a personality of its own soon.

Yeah, isn't WA just awesome? I love the atmosphere here and people are just so willing to help out, it is quite unbelievable if you don't experience it firsthand.

I would not chat any at all for several Months. I felt bad because that is one of the first things they teach here. So I started about a week and a half a go. I was nicely told by a member that I should be doing my home work so to speak, and they were 100 % right!
I should work instead of being on chat. I am glad they told me that. So I will not be on or wont be on much. If the member that told me that see's this, then I want to thank them.

You are right, focusing on our website is surely the best as that's the main reason why we are in WA in the first place. Having chat is just one of the perks :)
reminds me of the times I played mmo's and was there just to chat, not to do anything game-related anymore.
