Hi. My site webmail is not sending out emails.

How can I fix this?

If the emails are sat in the outbox, not appearing in sent items and not being delivered to the recipient, you will need to contact SiteSupport, so that they can look in to the server for you.

Thanks for the reply. They are sitting in the sent folder.
But they are not reaching the recipient (which is me, as I am checking). So, I don't know what the cause is.

Might be a silly question, but have you checked the SPAM and Junk folders?

If you have, and there's nothing there, send a message to SiteSupport with the From Email, To Email, Subject Line and the Time you sent the email. They should be able to track it to ensure it left their servers and arrived at the destination servers.

Yes. I've checked those folders.
It's funny, as you are responding to the query I posted on SiteSupport, which seems to have opened a general discussion post!

Not sure how else to do this?

Did you select Website and choose the website that corresponds with your emails domain name?

No, I didn't as the options didn't appear under the website tabs.
But, I have gone back and selected this under the tab "other"; and I await their reply.

Thanks for your help.

Hey Omer,

It is suggested that when using WA domain emails, we set the email addresses up to be forwarded to gmail and respond using our domain email address from there.

Here's how you can do this: Hope you find this helpful.

Thanks Triblu for the message.
But, I would expect that sending a message from the webmail would also work, but it isn't for some reason.

Try setting your domain email account again following the video training. If it fails again, then you can contact SiteSupport for assistance.
