Good day to you Nasser. I read your new post and left you a comment. It is very well written. I had a random constipation issue a few years ago. After having a colonoscopy the doctor prescribed Metamucil tablets to soften my stools. I used it for about a year, then stopped. Never had any more problems since. My diet obviously has changed (for the better).

Yes I think it is a very relevant topic for discussion. My brother in law self diagnosed IBS but in fact he had bowel cancer. He passed away within 3 years of diagnoses. He was only 38 years old when he died. I hope you have success with your blog.
