Obesity is now on the high rise in countries where fast food restaurant are becoming more. One thing about obesity is that it leads to many other disease like heat failure, cancer, hypertension and diabetes, etc

There is an increase in adult and children obesity in America and some other countries. It has reaching to the point that it can cause large [bad] impact on one's health and well-being

Unfortunately obesity is not only rate on the food intake but also rate in one's family genes. This disease has cause millions of lives .

1, DAIBETIES:This is a metabolic disorder characterized by too much or excess blood sugar [hyperglycemia ] that affect the body metabolism process in our organ

2. HYPERTENSION This increases surgical risk, it shortens lifespan. It causes higher than normal blood pressure, According to research hypertension is associated with heart disease and some form of cancer
