How can I increased my page speed on weightliftingforpower.com?
You are getting a 71 which isn't too bad, but one thing you want to consider here is minimizing the size of your logo.
You can also install "imagify" which is a plugin, that will allow you to make all of your images "webp" images, and these will load faster on your website. You can install this within the "Plugins" tab in your back office.

Instead of uploading your videos directly on your site (which is one of the reasons), it'd be much better to upload them to YT (create your own YT channel) and embed them on your site.
If I may suggest, you should change the content of your blogroll from Full text to Excerpt. It looks cleaner that way.
To do so, go to WordPress dashboard - Settings - Reading - For each post in a feed, include - Excerpt.

I here that google is going too penalized ai content that’s not authentic writing content so how can I write and use AI authors on my article posts?
I treat AI as a smart college freshman who can search, write but has never really lived. So it can generate a decent draft but you need to put your heart into it.
It is as credible as any AI generated content, and as credible or more as most human curated content. But we are living in an AI assisted world, not an AI created one. You will still want to edit and polish your content after you create it. ;)
It would still be best to polish your articles by adding your voice and experiences. Also, cross-reference findings, as AI can get it wrong.
Penalization, no, as long as your content is compelling and helpful.
There's also a new HCU update pretty soon.
